Qualifications

• Experience integrating IC collection efforts against WMD-CT targets and evaluating collection effectiveness.
• Experience collaborating with CT analysts and IC partners to address critical intelligence requirements and develop coordinated assessments.
• Experience producing reports, trend analyses, and collection posture metrics to support national security objectives.

Responsibilities

• Integrate IC collection efforts to assess coverage of WMD-CT targets.
• Evaluate collection capabilities, identify intelligence gaps and emerging trends, and recommend improvements to collection strategies and priorities.
• Analyze HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, IMINT, and all-source reporting to develop assessments of WMD-CT threats, activities, and capabilities.
• Collaborate with counterterrorism analysts, IC partners, and other stakeholders to address critical intelligence requirements and develop coordinated assessments.
• Develop and maintain collection strategies, requirements, and assessments supporting counterterrorism, counterproliferation, and broader national security objectives.
• Produce intelligence reports, trend analyses, collection assessments, metrics, and other products to communicate findings and support decision-making.
• Apply IC tradecraft, including ICD 203 and ICD 206, to ensure objective, accurate, and well-supported assessments.
• Support continuous mission operations and evolving WMD-CT requirements, including shift-based coverage.
