Harvest Group in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Target Sales Insights Manager to understand client needs and create data-driven solutions, focusing on Target account performance and retail insights. The role requires hands-on CPG experience with Target, strong data visualization, and client storytelling abilities.

You’ll forecast sales drivers, collaborate across teams, and deliver actionable insights within a fast-paced, values-driven culture. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on consumer packaged goods experience working on a Target account.
• Experience synthesizing data from POS and syndicated databases such as Circana or Nielsen to develop actionable insights.
• Strong analytical skills (e.g., collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating large datasets with accuracy).
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Understand each client’s business to identify business needs and create appropriate data solutions.
• Execute complex projects, cast vision, and forecast for clients.
• Provide retail context at the category, retailer, and industry levels to broaden understanding of key sales drivers and risks.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure insights align with client goals.
