Responsibilities

1. Drive profitable sales growth by fostering a retail selling culture and practicing effective sales skills.
2. Develop professional relationships with team members.
3. Verify visual acuity and analyze prescriptions and lens designs.
4. Measure pupillary distances, and fit and adjust eyewear.
5. Dispense contact lenses and fill ophthalmic prescriptions.
6. Ensure high-quality product manufacturing and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Actively enrolled in a state-approved Optician Apprentice program.
• 2+ years in retail or customer service.
• Basic computer skills, independent, self-motivated.
• Ability to grow sales, enthusiastic communication, attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates Degree.
