Job summary

RealmOne, based in Columbia, MD, is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to perform advanced analysis of data and open-source sources to generate actionable leads and targets profiles. You will maintain targeting databases, close intelligence gaps, and develop comprehensive baseline profiles using multiple analytic disciplines.

The role requires mentoring fellow analysts in TDNA techniques and applying knowledge of government needs, target culture, and communications technologies.

Qualifications

• Active Security Clearance required (with polygraph).
• Extensive experience levels align with Level 1–4 thresholds listed in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads.
• Maintain databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Develop baseline profiles of designated target sets and identify intelligence gaps.
• Mentor other analysts on TDNA tools and methodologies to conduct TDNA.
