Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data, profile targets, and develop techniques to gain additional information. You will maintain databases for targeting and analysis and mentor other analysts on TDNA tools and methods.

The role requires a security clearance and covers designing comprehensive baseline profiles, identifying intelligence gaps, and applying knowledge of government needs and target cultures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 6 years of experience.
• Associate's Degree with 4 years of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience.
• Master's Degree with 2 years of experience.
• PhD with 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets.
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
• Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints.
• Apply knowledge and understanding of government needs and missions, as well as the targets' culture, behaviors, and communications technologies.
• Mentor other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA.
