Job summary

Bytoa is seeking Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNAs) to support core IC missions at multiple locations in the United States. As a TDNA, you will showcase SIGINT analysis talent while supporting missions vital to national security.

Responsibilities include maintaining databases for targeting, assessing intelligence gaps, and applying multiple analysis disciplines to derive actionable insights. Active TS/SCI with a polygraph is required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2 yrs with a BS in a relevant field
• 5 yrs with a BS in a relevant field
• 8 yrs with a BS in a relevant field
• 11 yrs with a BS in a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps
• Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints
• Apply knowledge of IC needs and missions
• Be part of a team with government, military, and contractor personnel to determine intelligence needs and mission relevance
• Query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights
• Distill, document, contextualize and share findings with teammates and intelligence consumers

Salary range:$135,000 - $250,000
Disclaimer: Salary for this position, along with additional compensation options, will be determined on an individual basis following the interview process, considering various factors such as years of experience, skills, education/certifications, contract specifications, market conditions, etc.

• Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings--including any new tradecraft that you develop--with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers

Experience Requirement:

• Level 1: 2 yrs. with aB.S. in a relevant field
• Level 2: 5 yrs. with a B.S. in a relevant field
• Level 3: 8 yrs. with a B.S. in a relevant field
• Level 4: 11 yrs. with a B.S. in a relevant field

Clearance Requirement:

Active TS/SCI with a polygraph
