Job summary

CTC Group is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), levels 1-4, to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads while ensuring target continuity, profiling targets and their activities, and developing techniques to gain additional target information.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Prior demonstrated experience using software applications and databases for network analysis and target development.
• Capable of running basic DNI and DNR queries with Agency tools.
• Able to task own selectors with assistance of senior analysts.
• Able to evaluate leads for tasking using appropriate authorities.
• Understand internet protocols and digital communications basics.
• Understand SIGINT collection basics.
• Able to perform basic target discovery and collection triage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor collection and close gaps.
• Use multiple analysis disciplines to profile targets and detect patterns.
• Apply knowledge of IC needs and missions.
• Collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel to align intelligence needs.
• Form hypotheses, assess techniques, and pivot within data to derive insights.
• Document and share findings, including new tradecraft, with team and stakeholders.
