Job summary

CTC Group is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), levels 1-4, to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads while ensuring target continuity, profiling targets and their activities, and developing techniques to gain additional target information.

Responsibilities include maintaining targeting databases, identifying gaps, and employing diverse analytic methods in collaboration with government, military, and contractor personnel to share

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Liberal Arts field preferred, but degree in any field acceptable.
• Prior demonstrated experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with network analysis and target development.
• Capable of running basic DNI and DNR queries to answer specific questions with existing Agency tools.
• Able to task own selectors with assistance of senior analysts.
• Able to evaluate leads for tasking and able to use appropriate tasking authorities.
• Possess a basic understanding internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, and internet routing.
• Possess a basic understanding of SIGINT collection.
• Capable of basic target discovery and collection triage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps
• Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets’ communications, network usage and digital footprints
• Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions
• Be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise
• Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights
• Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings–including any new tradecraft that you develop–with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers
