RealmOne is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to advance intelligence collection and open-source analysis. You will profile targets, maintain targeting databases, and develop baseline profiles to enable enhanced collection.

The role requires deep analytical skills, mentoring junior analysts, and knowledge of government needs and cyber operations. A security clearance is required, and the team collaborates on mission-critical defense projects from Columbia, MD.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 12 years of experience.
• Associate’s Degree with 10 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of experience.
• Master’s Degree with 6 years of experience.
• PhD with 4 years of experience.
• 18 semester hours of military training/coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an Associate’s degree.
• Degree in Liberal Arts field is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets.
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
• Mentor other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA.
