Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst Level 4 to perform advanced DNI/DNR analyses, build target profiles, and lead efforts to close intelligence gaps. You’ll work with targeting databases and contribute to mission-critical cyber analysis support for national security.

The role requires active security clearance with polygraph and extensive experience in targeted analytics, data correlation, and open-source intelligence within a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 13 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 11 years of experience.
• Master's degree with 9 years of experience.
• PhD with 7 years of experience.
• Liberal Arts degree preferred, but any field acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis of DNI and DNR information to generate insights and leads.
• Maintain databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis; develop baseline profiles.
• Identify intelligence gaps and tailor collection to close gaps using multiple analysis disciplines.
• Mentor analysts on TDNA tools and methodologies; apply IC knowledge and target culture/tech.

This opportunity supports a team of Exploitation Analysts, Digital Network Exploitation Analysts, Target Digital Network Analysts, and Cyber Network Defense Analysts, responsible for improving, protecting, and defending our Nation's Security.

Job Description

• We are seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information. You will maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis and develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets. You will identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps and employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage, and digital footprints. You will also apply knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets' culture, behaviors, and communications technologies while mentoring other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA.

The Target Digital Network Analyst Level 4 shall possess the following capabilities:

• Experience in analyzing DNI and DNR information for intelligence reporting.


• Proficiency in conducting sustained target analysis and utilizing advanced analytic techniques.


• Ability to build and maintain target profiles and relevant databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.


• Strong skills in evaluating intelligence to identify gaps and tailor collection efforts.


• Familiarity with open-source data and collection analysis.


• Knowledge of relevant databases and tools for targeting and analysis.


• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Effective communication and collaboration skills.


• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in intelligence analysis.

Pay Range: 205,000-253,000
