Job summary

RealmOne in Utah is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst to conduct advanced analysis of DNI/DNR data, generate insights, profile targets, and develop techniques to gain additional information. You will maintain databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis, and collaborate with fellow analysts to close intelligence gaps.

The role requires adapting to evolving technologies, mentoring junior analysts, and possessing the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.
• Level 1–4 with specified years of experience.
• Degree in Liberal Arts preferred, but any field acceptable.

Your effort and expertise are crucial to the success and execution of this impactful mission that is critical in ensuring mission success through Exploitation Analyst, Digital Network Exploitation Analyst, Target Digital Network Analyst, Cyber Network Defense Analyst by improving, protecting, and defending our Nation's Security.

We are looking for a Target Digital Network Analyst to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information. Responsibilities include maintaining appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis, as well as developing comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets. The role supports identifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps. The analyst will be employing multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints. Analyst will apply knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets' culture, behaviors, and communications technologies. Mentors other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA.

The TDNA shall possess the following capabilities:

• Experience in analyzing DNI and DNR information for intelligence reporting
• Proficiency in conducting sustained target analysis and utilizing advanced analytic techniques
• Ability to build and maintain target profiles and relevant databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
• Strong skills in evaluating intelligence to identify gaps and tailor collection efforts
• Familiarity with open-source data and collection analysis
• Knowledge of relevant databases and tools for targeting and analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in intelligence analysis
• Qualifications:
• Level 1:
• 6 years of experience (no degree) OR Associate's degree with 4 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience.
• Level 2:
• 9 years of experience (no degree) OR Associate's degree with 7 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience, OR Doctorate with 2 years of experience.
• Level 3:
• 12 years of experience (no degree) OR Associate's degree with 10 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 8 years' experience OR Master's degree with 6 years of experience OR Doctorate with 4 years' experience.
• Level 4:
• 15 years of experience (no degree) OR Associate's degree with 13 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 11 years of experience OR Master's degree with 9 years of experience, OR Doctorate with 7 years of experience.
• Degree in Liberal Arts field (e.g. English, History, Communications, Languages and Culture, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any filed is acceptable

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph

Pay Range

55,000-220,000
