Job summary

J&T seeks experienced Target Analyst Reporters and SIGINT Analysts to support mission-focused Intelligence Community programs in Fort Meade, MD. You will perform target development, SIGINT analysis, and mission analysis to support national security customers.

You will conduct deep-dive research across classified databases, identify network relationships, and author actionable intelligence reports and packages guiding operational planning and mission execution.

Qualifications

• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a current Polygraph.
• Targeting & Analysis: Demonstrated experience conducting target development, discovery, and mission analysis.
• Research & Tools: Proficiency utilizing intelligence databases, analytical tools, and search repositories.
• Reporting: Experience authoring written intelligence products, targeting packages, and analytical assessments.
• Pattern Recognition: Ability to extract insights, map target networks, and identify indicators from complex data.
• Mission Support: Experience supporting operational planning workflows and collaborating with mission partners.

Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000 / year (dependent on experience, education, and skill set)

About the Role

Seeking experienced Target Analyst Reporters and SIGINT Analysts to support mission-focused Intelligence Community programs in Fort Meade, MD.

In this role, you will perform target development, SIGINT analysis, and mission analysis to support national security customers. You will conduct deep-dive research across classified intelligence databases, identify network relationships and target indicators, and author actionable intelligence reports and target packages that directly guide operational planning and mission execution.

Key Responsibilities

Perform target development, discovery, and mission analysis across designated priority areas.

Query, analyze, and synthesize data using specialized intelligence databases and analytical tools.

Author and disseminate serialized intelligence reports, target assessments, and analytical summaries.

Identify patterns, organizational relationships, communication structures, and intelligence indicators.

Provide analytical support to operational planning, mission execution, and collection strategy.

Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary technical, engineering, and operational teams across the Intelligence Community.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a current Polygraph.

Targeting & Analysis: Demonstrated experience conducting target development, discovery, and mission analysis.

Research & Tools: Proven proficiency utilizing intelligence databases, analytical tools, and search repositories.

Reporting: Experience authoring written intelligence products, targeting packages, and analytical assessments.

Pattern Recognition: Strong ability to extract insights, map target networks, and identify critical indicators from complex data.

Mission Support: Experience supporting operational planning workflows and collaborating with technical and operational mission partners.

Desired Qualifications

In-depth background in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis and serialized reporting standards.

Experience with metadata analysis, dial-plan/network analysis, and communication path mapping.

Hands-on experience navigating mission management and intelligence collection support systems.
