Job summary

Skytop Lodge in Pennsylvania is seeking a Taproom Server to act as the primary server for guests in your station. You will work with the bus person to ensure high service standards and safeguard food quality.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving and clearing courses, and maintaining a clean station. Weekend/holiday schedules apply, with long hours in a dining room setting.

Qualifications

• Previous serving and customer service experience.
• Ramp certification preferred.
• Ability to read menus and follow service procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend roll call and get service assignment.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve courses following procedures.
• Keep station clean and help create a pleasant guest experience.
• Bus dishes, wash silverware, and reset station after service.
• Check out with service captain and report issues.
