Job summary

Artisanal Brewing Ventures in Chester County is looking for a Server Assistant to provide exceptional table service to taproom guests. You will engage with guests, deliver orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience while maintaining a clean and organized environment.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience as a server assistant is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age (17 allowed in certain counties).
• Previous experience as a server assistant, utility, or food runner preferred.
• Ability to lift trays of food up to 25 pounds and kegs up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean taproom by clearing empty glasses and plates.
• Visually inspect food for proper plating and presentation.
• Deliver food, beverages, and other requested items to guests.
