Job summary

Artisanal Brewing Ventures in Philadelphia is seeking a Server Assistant to provide outstanding service in our taproom. You will deliver orders and ensure a pleasant experience for our guests, while also educating them about our craft products.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean environment, inspecting food for quality, and assisting with various hospitality tasks. Ideal candidates will have strong multitasking abilities and communication skills, and must be able to lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience as a server assistant, utility, or food runner preferred.
• Must maintain a positive attitude while working with a sense of urgency.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean taproom by clearing empty glasses and plates.
• Visually inspect all food leaving expo for proper plating.
• Deliver food, beverages, and other requested items to guests.
