Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least one year of related experience preferred.
• Comfortable discussing products with guests.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Answer the telephone and manage wait and floor plan.
• Process merchandise transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the host area and taproom.
• Restock and organize merchandise in retail space.
