Job summary

Adherex Group is seeking a Machine Operator for its tape manufacturing environment in Denver, CO. The role focuses on setting up, calibrating, and operating slitting machines to produce adhesive and tape products with precision.

You will inspect products for defects, log production data, and perform routine machine maintenance to minimize downtime. The position requires physical stamina and strict adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced plant setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Prior experience with machines is preferred or experience as General Laborer in manufacturing.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate slitting machines according to production specifications.
• Operate slitting machines efficiently and monitor for irregularities or malfunctions.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Load raw materials onto the slitting machine and unload finished rolls.
• Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
• Maintain accurate production records and report issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and maintenance for smooth operation.
• All other duties as assigned.
