Addev Materials Converting Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to produce high-quality products safely and efficiently on converting equipment. You will set up and operate machines handling adhesives, tapes, foams, films, and other materials to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and able to read and understand written work instructions, production documents and basic technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate converting equipment, including slitters and die cutters.
• Set up machines according to work orders and production requirements.
• Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, drawings, and customer specifications.
• Use rulers, tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools to verify product dimensions and quality.
• Perform quality checks throughout production to ensure products meet customer requirements.
• Make minor machine adjustments and recognize when equipment is not operating properly.
• Complete production records and other required documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and coworkers to meet production goals.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
