• Experience as TAO, AWCC, or Combat System Coordinator on an Aegis warship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct advanced tactical training for Navy personnel.
• Conduct simulator and laboratory training using realistic tactical scenarios.
• Mentor and coach students with real-time guidance and post-exercise feedback.
• Evaluate student performance against established standards and provide counseling.
