Job summary

Input Technology Solutions in San Diego, CA seeks an Advanced Tactical Training Naval Interface Control Officer to join our mission-focused team supporting ANICO, WTI COIs, and SAWS training.

This role applies naval warfare training to classroom, lab, and simulator environments; you will develop curricula, design scenarios, and provide mentorship to students, with responsibilities spanning instruction, curriculum development, and product support.

Qualifications

• Current SECRET clearance required or in-scope eligibility for TS//SCI.
• Minimum 12 years of military or equivalent experience with surface Navy systems.
• 5+ years of planning experience in senior military training or command structures.
• 5+ years aboard Navy cruisers/destroyers or related DoD warfare areas.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and mentor ANICO students, update curricula and lectures.
• Design and execute tactical training scenarios aligned to objectives.
• Support ANICO/WTI COIs and related SAWS courses in planning and delivery.
• Assist with student assessment and course status briefs.
• Provide writing and graphics support for training materials and briefs.
