Palm Beach Tan - Ashley Lynn's, Inc. is seeking outgoing tanning consultants to accurately represent our brand and provide customers with exceptional service.

You will thrive in a commission-driven environment and be motivated to meet sales goals while maintaining a welcoming team atmosphere. Responsibilities include maintaining salon cleanliness, sanitizing equipment, preparing rooms for clients, and educating customers on tanning guidelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness.
• Sanitizing equipment after each use.
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning & wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms.
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assisting customers as needed in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
