Job summary

Beach Bum Tanning is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as Tanning Consultants. You’ll welcome clients, guide them through tanning options, and help them achieve their ideal glow with exceptional service.

Responsibilities include assessing skin types, recommending equipment and products, processing transactions, maintaining clean rooms, and driving sales with a focus on customer satisfaction. Full-time and part-time roles available.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing, and passionate about the tanning and beauty industry.
• High school graduates (or equivalent).
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
• Evaluating skin types and recommending suitable tanning equipment, products, and safety guidelines.
• Explaining the tanning process clearly, answering questions, and ensuring clients feel comfortable and informed.
• Keeping tanning rooms and common areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Recommending and selling lotions and retail products based on client needs.
• Consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Building strong client relationships and encouraging repeat visits.
• Maintaining accurate client records, including preferences and tanning history.
• Opening and closing the salon according to company standards.
