Job summary

Heniff is seeking a Tank Wash Technician to perform cleaning of tanker trailers, on-site remediation, de-contamination and handling of hazardous materials. The role emphasizes health and safety, proper PPE use, and adherence to procedures.

You will operate pumps, compressors, boilers, bobcats, forklifts, and pressure washers, while maintaining effective communication and a proactive safety mindset. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with at least six months of related

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Six or more months industry-related experience.
• Experience with confined space entry (CSE) training is preferred.
• Experience with DOT regulations, EPA waste codes, manifesting and LDR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate light and heavy equipment (pumps, compressors, boilers, bobcats, forklift, etc.).
• Handle hand and power tools including pressure washers with proper use of equipment.
• Follow Health & Safety policies and report equipment problems immediately.
• Wear and use PPE as required and maintain safety compliance.
• Assist in field sampling activities and calibration of meters.
