Job summary

CBSL Transportation Services, Inc. seeks a Tank Wash Manager to plan, direct and coordinate the Tank Wash Department, reporting to the Operations Manager. You will oversee operations, ensure quality service to customers and drive performance, productivity, and safety.

The role requires leadership of supervisory staff, training and development, and responsibility for the department's P&L and compliance with safety standards. Louisiana location on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Five+ years related progressive experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate Tank Wash Department operations.
• Ensure safe operations and high quality service.
• Support and direct training and development of employees.
• Foster a positive culture with motivated employees.
• Manage department P&L.
• Recruit and develop production employees.
• Provide communication with key stakeholders and customers.
• Oversee department production goals and quality control.

Education
