Foodliner, Inc. in Joplin, MO is seeking a Tank Wash Manager to oversee the tank wash operations, ensure food-grade safety standards, and supervise hourly staff.

This on-site role supports a Monday–Friday day shift with some after-hours needs for business requirements. The position offers benefits including 80 hours of PTO in the first year, medical/dental/vision, disability insurance, a 401K with employer match, a $50,000 company-paid life policy, paid orientation, uniforms, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Mechanical inclined with ability to perform minor repairs as needed.
• Yard truck experience is a plus.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to work with and oversee hourly employees; schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the tank wash operations, including food-grade safety standards.
• Work with, oversee, train, and schedule hourly employees.
• Assist with tank cleaning and complete minor mechanical repairs.
• Responsible for quality and efficiency for washing internal & exterior semi-bulk trailers.
• Internal tank washing is a semi-automated system.
• Food-grade facility – no hazmat materials.
• Ability to move Tractor-Trailers into & out of Buildings & Parking spaces.
• Must Be Able to Occasionally Lift Up To 75 lbs.
• Must work safely and wear Personal Protective Equipment as required.
