Job summary

Piping Rock Health Products, INC. is seeking an entry-level Tank Washer to join the production team in North Las Vegas, NV.

The role involves washing and drying medicine and gelatin tanks, keeping the wash room organized, and ensuring compliance with GMP and SOP guidelines. Responsibility includes handling tanks and equipment safely, documenting production logs as required, and performing related duties with attention to cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must speak and write English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must stand for 8 hours and work in a physically demanding environment.
• GMP and SOP compliance training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Wash and dry medicine and gelatin tanks in the wash room.
• Transport tanks between areas in the wash room.
• Clean tanks with hot water, brush, and soap; dry with compressed air and sanitize with 70% IPA.
• Clean small equipment and utensils with cleaning supplies; air dry and sanitize.
• Maintain a clean and organized wash room and log all production activities as required.
• Follow GMP, SOP, and safety guidelines; perform related duties as assigned.

Job description

The Tank Washer employee is a fundamental part of the Piping Rock production team. In this role you are responsible for washing and drying the tanks, as well as keeping the Wash Room organized

Responsibilities:

• Transport the dirty medicine and gelatin tanks in the wash room.
• Cleaned the tanks with pressurized hot water, brush and required soap. Dry it with compressed air and sanitized it with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol.
• Cleaned the small equipment's with pressurized hot water, small scrubber and required soap. Dry it with compressed air and sanitized it with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol.
• Cleaned the utensils with warm water, small scrubber and required soap. Dry it with compressed air or let it air dry and sanitized it with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol.
• Keep cleaned and organized the wash room.
• Sign and complete all production logbooks as required.
• Performs all job duties in accordance to GMP, SOP and safety guidelines.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 0-6 months previous work experience
• High school diploma
• Must speak and write English
• Must comply with GMP requirements; specific functions and documents will be discussed in GMP andonthejobtraining

• Must be able to work in a physically challenging environment
