• Coordinates with craftsmen, engineers, accounting, safety and attorneys.
• Gives job reviews/proposals to appropriate personnel.
• Plans sequence of work and secures client-approved schedule.
• Computes overall cost estimates for materials, labor and subcontracted work.
• Performs weekly/biweekly updates on all projects.
• Maintains clear verbal and written communication with all parties.
• Uses basic computer skills to input information and issue reports.
