Job summary

Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking skilled technicians to service ISO Tank Containers, performing pressure tests, repairs, and valve/gasket replacements to ensure safety and reliability. The role involves drying tanks, inspecting components, and using precision instruments.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background required.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) required.
• Detail oriented with careful attention to procedures.
• Must be able to wear a respirator and work at heights on tanks.
• Ability to work in enclosed spaces inside tanks.

Responsibilities

• Pressure test, repair and replace valves, gaskets and gauges
• Drain tank and ensuring tank is dry
• Operate hoists, cranes, and precision measuring and testing instruments
• Observe and listen to mechanical devices to diagnose causes of mechanical issues
• Repair and replace defective parts, inspect and adjust used parts
• Lubricate and clean parts
• Operate lathe, drill press and grinders
• Use hand tools and power tools
