Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the ISO tank depot.
• Manage hiring, training, and scheduling of team members.

• Maintain safe operation of the wastewater treatment system.
• Administer depot management software and employee training.
• Develop policies to support organizational growth.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Expertise in food-grade tank cleaning operations

Organizational, leadership, and communication capabilities

Understanding of 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban methodologies

Knowledge of hazardous and non-hazardous waste handling

Familiarity with state and federal regulations

Understanding of OSHA’s Process Safety Management
