• 5+ years in construction and as a supervisor.
• Demonstrated project supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate workers on construction and repair of tanks and piping.
• Review specifications and plan procedures for start to finish.
• Plan procedures based on tools, materials, and labor.
• Work with supervisors and subcontractors to execute work and prevent delays.
• Resolve complaints with HR and management assistance as required.
• Perform site walks and inspections to ensure quality and conformance.
• Prepare paperwork: manpower, time sheets, safety, progress reports.
• Be on call 24/7 and communicate decisions effectively.
• Manage multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Interface with client/owner.
