Job summary

You will oversee daily operations, manage personnel and equipment, ensure safety compliance, and support business development through proposals and SME input.

The role requires strong leadership, 3+ years in tank cleaning and project management, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in tank cleaning.
• Minimum 3 years project management or supervisory experience.
• Minimum 3 years equipment tracking, job reporting, and scheduling experience.
• Experience managing bid proposals through execution.
• Strong leadership and teamwork with good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and field administration of assigned project.
• Manage personnel, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work planned and executed to schedule, with quality and budget adherence.
• Assist sales in estimates and planning for operational efficiencies.
• Maintain safe, environmentally sound job sites per regulations.
• Act as primary customer contact for operations issues.
• Travel as required for project support and site supervision.
