Job summary

VDart Inc. is seeking a Tanium Engineer in Seattle, WA for a 14-month hybrid engagement. The role involves hands-on Tanium management across diverse OS environments, software deployment, patching, and security governance.

You will build automation using Tanium Rest API and scripting in PowerShell, Bash, and Python. Ideal candidates will have strong Tanium expertise, experience with Windows, and comfort working in a mixed enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Tanium experience in cleared and commercial enterprises.
• Managed Tanium clients on Windows, macOS, Linux, AIX, and Solaris.
• Installed, configured, and upgraded platform servers and modules per documented paths.
• Orchestrated patch automation and vulnerability scanning to improve compliance and reduce exposures.
• Designed and implemented enterprise software management and deployment services.
• Performed asset inventory and governance compliance to support regulatory commitments.
• Supported threat analysis teams monitoring endpoints for IOC and performed remediation.
• Developed automated workflows via Tanium Rest API and created content in PowerShell, Bash and Python.
