Job summary

Tandy Leather Factory is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate for our Boise store. You’ll greet customers in person and by phone, help them pick products, share leathercraft knowledge, and work toward closing sales with excellent service.

Responsibilities include processing purchases and returns with the POS, stocking, displays, and maintaining a tidy space. Weekend and holiday availability is required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will be the welcoming face of Tandy Leather, responsible for greeting and assisting customers both in-store and over the phone. Your role is crucial in maintaining the store's overall presentation and providing exceptional customer service.
