Tandy Leather Factory is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for our Colorado Springs store during the busy holiday season. The role offers a stable schedule with no early mornings or late nights, paid holidays and PTO, and an employee discount.

A seasonal end date is expected in January 2027, with opportunities to learn leathercraft and grow within a small team. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, explaining products, maintaining inventory, processing orders, and resolving complaints

We are currently seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team and support our store during the busy holiday season. This is a seasonal position with an expected end date in January 2027.

You’ll also have the opportunity to learn and develop your leatherworking knowledge and skills while working as part of a small team running a small business. You will join a heritage brand with more than 100 years of expertise in leathercraft.
