Job summary

Coma Coffee Roasters is seeking a skilled Tandoor Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare and cook menu items in a Tandoor Oven, maintain quality and presentation, and work closely with the team to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates have experience in professional kitchens, strong knife skills, and a commitment to cleanliness and food quality while thriving under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred.

• Cook menu items in the Tandoor Oven with accuracy and speed.

• Assist with prep, inventory rotation, and receiving deliveries as needed.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff for smooth service.
• Stay calm and efficient during high-volume shifts and work with the team.
