Qualifications

• 4–6 years of post-JD litigation experience.
• Substantive Labor & Employment experience required.
• Employer-side experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent legal research and writing ability.
• Ability to work full-time from the Tampa office.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers on harassment, wage-hour, and contract claims.
• Draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery.
• Take and defend depositions, conduct legal research and strategy.
• Prepare matters for hearings and trial, mediate and settle cases.
• Direct client interaction and oversee matters from inception to resolution.
