NurseDash is actively seeking experienced Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs) to join a growing network of surgical professionals across Tampa and Temple Terrace, FL. Per diem and contract opportunities offer competitive pay and flexible scheduling in multiple specialties.

Assignments range from 4 to 13 weeks with weekly pay options and a commitment to patient safety. You'll work with top surgical teams in Endoscopy, Orthopedics, Spine, Ophthalmology, and General Surgery.

Formación

• Must have CST credential.
• Minimum 1 year of recent operating room experience.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and infection prevention standards.
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments during procedures.
• Perform instrument and sponge counts per facility policy.
• Support patient positioning and operating room preparation.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and surgical teams.
• Inspect and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care throughout procedures.

Choose from flexible per diem shifts or contract assignments ranging from 4 to 13 weeks, with compensation based on the assignment selected.

What You'll Do

Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and equipment for surgical procedures

What We're Looking For

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
• Minimum 1 year of recent operating room experience
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in one or more surgical specialties preferred
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and patient safety
• Must be at least 18 years of age
