Job summary

Nursefinders Staffing Division is seeking skilled Certified Surgical Technicians to support surgical teams in delivering safe and high‑quality patient care. Per diem shifts include 7a–7p with day and/or night rotations based on the OR schedule.

Ideal candidates will be graduates of an accredited Surgical Technology program, CST certified, and have at least 1 year of OR experience. Join a team dedicated to patient safety and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room experience as a Surgical Technician required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms by setting up sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain sterile technique and a sterile field throughout surgical procedures.
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons by passing instruments, sutures, and supplies.
• Assist with patient positioning, draping, and preparation for surgery.
• Perform surgical counts with the circulating nurse before, during, and after procedures.
• Handle and label surgical specimens per protocol.
• Clean and prepare the operating room for subsequent cases.
• Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and surgical protocols.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR nursing staff.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
