Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new canvassers.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing canvassing team.
• Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Monitor team performance and hold team members accountable.
• Coach team members to improve communication and appointment-setting skills.
• Conduct team meetings and regular performance check-ins.
• Track appointments, performance metrics, and overall team production.
• Develop strategies to increase team productivity and appointment volume.
• Provide hands-on leadership, support, and motivation in the field.
• Work closely with management to support market growth.
• Lead by example and help create a positive, competitive, team-oriented culture.
