You will evaluate AI outputs, provide structured feedback, and help improve model behavior through human judgment. Applicants must be native Tamil speakers with a university degree, English at least at B2, and 1–2 years of professional writing experience with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Tamil and a university degree.
• B2 or superior level of English.
• 1–2 years of professional writing experience.
• 2+ years of relevant safety experience in GenAI data delivery.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide high-quality feedback.
• Audit data and model behavior to identify patterns and failure modes.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag gaps with real-world relevance.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks beyond execution.
• Identify trends in model performance and share insights clearly.
• Document findings in a clear, actionable way.
