Job summary

Gift of Life Marrow Registry is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist for the Greater Tallahassee area. This field-based role drives donor recruitment, builds partnerships, and executes community events to expand the registry.

You will develop strategic plans, work with universities and organizations, and lead recruitment drives while meeting measurable targets. Travel and evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years in donor recruitment, community engagement, field marketing, or related.
• Proven track record with measurable goals and recruitment targets.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a donor recruitment strategy for the Greater Tallahassee territory to meet recruitment goals.
• Identify and cultivate opportunities across colleges, businesses, and community groups.
• Build a robust pipeline of partners, events, and opportunities across the territory.
• Conduct outreach via calls, email, meetings, and events to generate opportunities.
• Manage partnerships and events with a focus on recurring recruitment opportunities.
• Track activity, partnerships, outcomes, and recruitment metrics.
