Danone North America Medical Nutrition is seeking a Sr./Manager, Talent to shape the talent strategy across the region. You will translate business needs and data into practical programs that strengthen capability, improve the talent pipeline, and enable growth.

You will partner with HR and Talent teams to align priorities across the employee lifecycle. The role can be remote within the US, with travel to Danone offices as needed and a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and scalable

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, IO psychology, business or related field.
• 8–10+ years progressive experience in Talent Management, Development, Strategy, Learning, Succession Planning or Workforce Planning.
• Experience leading enterprise talent processes including succession planning, reviews, performance management, career frameworks.
• Experience designing and implementing talent strategies and frameworks at scale.
• Experience using talent analytics and workforce insights for investment decisions.
• Experience with Danone talent programs preferred.

• Use talent data to forecast pipeline needs and inform workforce planning.
• Lead core talent processes: objective setting, reviews, development conversations, calibrations.
• Guide agile career pathing and early career programs with external talent trends.
• Track talent measures and translate findings into recommendations.
• Lead governance for talent forums and decision-making processes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on employer branding and senior-level recruitment.
• Lead development of employer value proposition to support talent strategy.
