Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Strategy Associate to support our hiring efforts through data-driven execution, clear communication, and process optimization. This role focuses on pipeline management, analytics, research, and process improvement, ensuring an efficient and high-quality recruitment strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in improving systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute A/B testing on job descriptions to optimize performance.
  • Compare Great Minds (GM) vs. TubeScience (TS) hiring performance.
  • Document and implement successful recruitment approaches.
  • Support continuous process refinements based on data insights.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Build weekly/monthly dashboards to track hiring performance.
  • Identify trends and patterns in key hiring metrics.
  • Prepare stakeholder updates with insights and recommendations.
  • Generate data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Build target company lists for strategic hiring.
  • Identify top academic programs for high-potential talent.
  • Conduct market compensation analysis and competitor benchmarking.
  • Research best practices in talent acquisition and process improvement.
  • Evaluate new tools/platforms to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Communications Support
  • Develop talent marketing materials and employer branding content.
  • Support internal communication around hiring initiatives.
  • Maintain process documentation and communication templates.
  • Maintain data integrity within hiring systems.
  • Track candidate progression metrics and flag bottlenecks.
  • Ensure a consistent and structured candidate experience.
  • Support process compliance and best practices in recruitment.
Entry-Level Screening
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and verify basic qualifications.
  • Evaluate culture alignment and collect screening feedback.
  • Coordinate next steps in the hiring process.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing, hiring funnel analysis, and process optimization is a plus.
