Position: Talent Sourcing Specialist VA

Work Type: Remote / Full-Time or Part-Time

Job Summary:

The Talent Sourcing Specialist VA is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent using online platforms, databases, and networking strategies. This role plays a key part in the early stages of the recruitment process by building talent pipelines and supporting the recruitment team in filling key positions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools.
  • Perform keyword searches and Boolean search techniques to narrow down ideal candidates.
  • Conduct initial outreach via email, messages, or calls to engage potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Coordinate with recruiters or hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Prepare talent market maps and competitor intelligence when needed.
  • Track and report sourcing metrics and results weekly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably as a VA.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
  • Experience with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or ATS platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Working Hours:
- Flexible, but must be available for regular check-ins and reporting. (Adjust according to the clients time zone.)
