Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is hiring a Recruiting Support professional to help coordinate day-to-day recruiting activities across divisions in Houston, TX. You will manage hourly job openings, post ads, prescreen resumes, and coordinate interview scheduling to streamline talent acquisition processes.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of recruiting support experience, familiarity with ATS systems (iCIMS), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of related experience.
• 2-3 years of recruiting support, HR support, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred; iCIMS experience highly preferred.
• Familiarity with recruiting workflows and offer letter processes.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters with day-to-day recruiting coordination activities.
• Manage and maintain all hourly job openings company-wide within assigned divisions.
• Post, update, and remove job advertisements across recruiting platforms and internal systems.
• Conduct initial resume reviews and candidate prescreening prior to recruiter review.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines, talent pools, and recruiting spreadsheets/databases.
• Source and organize passive candidate leads for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Process all internal offer letters for assigned divisions.
• Provide administrative support for external offer letters.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation in coordination with local HR representatives.
• Ensure recruiting documentation and candidate files remain organized and compliant.
• Support recruiting reporting and tracking metrics as requested.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide general recruiting and administrative support to help improve recruiting efficiency and organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
