A leading company in tech recruitment is seeking a Talent Sourcing Manager to lead a remote team of sourcers. This role focuses on developing sourcing strategies, managing a distributed team, and aligning hiring goals with business objectives. This is a 100% leadership role.You won’t be sourcing candidates yourself. Instead, you’ll lead and empower a distributed team of 7 high-performing sourcers to attract, engage, and nurture world-class tech talent.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a remote team of 7 sourcing specialists.
- Establish and evolve scalable sourcing strategies to meet fast-paced tech hiring needs.
- Partner closely with Client Managers and Client Engineering Managers to align sourcing plans with business goals.
- Implement effective performance metrics, feedback loops, and sourcing best practices.
- Drive innovation by staying current with sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques.
-Build talent pipelines and nurture passive talent communities globally.
- 4+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting in the tech industry.
- 2+ years of experience managing and developing sourcing/recruiting teams.
- Proven ability to manage remote teams across time zones.
- Strong grasp of sourcing strategies, tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS), and platforms.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- A sharp eye for potential and a knack for connecting talent to opportunity.
