Job summary

Busey is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter and Branding Partner to identify top talent and build strong candidate pipelines across markets. You will shape authentic narratives about Busey as an employer and collaborate with recruiting teams and hiring managers to attract passive candidates.

You will develop innovative sourcing strategies, manage employment brands across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels, and monitor recruiting metrics to improve engagement and time-to-fill.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to source candidates and fill roles in a timely manner.
• Experience building relationships with hiring managers and teams.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills required.
• Able to identify hiring challenges and design effective solutions.
• Self-starter capable of handling ambiguity and multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Team and hiring managers on position requirements.
• Source talent via databases, search engines, social media, email campaigns, and networks.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles for suitability.
• Maintain accurate candidate records across databases.
• Develop and execute employment brand strategies across channels.
• Coordinate with branding team for social media posts.
• Train hiring managers on LI Recruiter usage.
• Monitor performance metrics of sourcing tools.
• Maintain relationships with Talent Acquisition Team and candidates.
• Provide market intelligence to inform future opportunities.
• Keep up with trends in sourcing tools and AI resources.
• Provide feedback on recruitment marketplace and trends.
• Promote the company as a great place to work.
