Job summary

HERE is seeking a results-driven Recruiting Sourcer to build and execute targeted candidate-sourcing strategies across platforms, focusing on passive candidates and high-conversion outreach.

You will leverage AI and data-driven methods to map target areas and trends, track applications, and support recruiting operations, while communicating clearly and collaborating with colleagues in a friendly, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Previous sourcing for sales roles in technical environments preferred.
• Comfortable with ATS, ideally Greenhouse.
• Excellent communication and cold outreach skills.
