Job summary

Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a Talent Sourcer to identify, engage, and build relationships with exceptional talent to shape the future of our business. You will combine creativity, relationship-building, and strategic outreach to connect people with careers where they can thrive.

You’ll build talent pipelines, leverage LinkedIn and referrals, collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders, and deliver qualified candidate slates while acting as a passionate ambassador for the Jared
