Job summary

Jared is seeking a Talent Sourcer to build and nurture pipelines of exceptional talent, identifying candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and innovative sourcing strategies. You will partner with recruiters to understand talent needs and deliver qualified candidate slates while creating an outstanding candidate experience that reflects the Jared brand.
